Coveney Associates is a boutique advisory firm serving medium sized business with turnaround consultancy and CEO/CFO services, undertaking both short term and long term assignments. Experience has been gained with both private and listed public company businesses.
Most assignments are undertaken in London and the North West and North of England, but also with experience of working in Europe and South America.
I head up the firm and specialise in Board level advice:
Practical experience underpins advice, based on over 15 years board level industrial experience in highly leveraged businesses managing change and achieving significant turnarounds.
I have a demonstrable track record in delivering significant returns for both debt and equity holders in a variety of businesses.
Charging fixed fees and retainers encourages clients to use me. It avoids situations where clients are loath to seek advice for fear of being charged by the hour/minute. I operate with low overheads and can charge competitive fees.
Coveney Associates punches above its weight in terms of the advice and experience brought, relative to the price that can be paid.
I am passionate about delivering a fully-committed service to clients, not just advice but getting my hands dirty in implementing real-world solutions in entrepreneurial circumstances.
What you see is what you get. I personally head up all assignments, and have access to a small group of associates in disciplines such as HR, operations, accounting, tax and corporate finance whom I trust to bring in alongside me when needed.
I am used to achieving change quickly. Limited assignments are typically a few weeks or months but many of my clients use my services on a non-executive basis for a number of years after the initial assignment.
I provide a dedicated service with virtual 24/7 coverage when the need arises.
In certain cases I have put my money where my mouth is by investing in and providing funding support to clients.
I am always committed to seeing an assignment through to conclusion no matter how tough the going gets.
